摘  要:以武汉市为例构建医疗卫生服务供给—需求网络,运用复杂网络分析方法探索网络的复杂性特征和空间韧性。研究发现:(1)武汉市各街道节点存在显著的医疗卫生服务供给与需求不匹配现象,需求网络的极化现象使其更易失衡,供给网络则以满足周边需求为主。(2)需求网络的静态空间韧性最差,意味着居民按意愿就医成本更高,可选择路径相对更少。(3)随机风险对需求网络所造成的影响最小,表明在居民自主就医背景下随机冲击对需求网络韧性的影响更小;而在蓄意攻击下供给网络的抗风险性更强,需求网络的波动性则更大。(4)中心城区节点面临蓄意攻击时,更易导致就医成本加大和路径可选择性减少,边缘节点由于供给和需求能力均较弱,制约着供需网络整体的稳定性。By constructing the supply-demand network of the urban medical and health services,this article analyzed its complexity characteristics and spatial resilience by using complex network analysis method.The results show that:1)There is a significant mismatch between the supply and demand of medical and health services at each street node in Wuhan,and the polarization of the demand network makes it easier to unbalance,while the supply network mainly satisfies the surrounding demand.2)The static spatial resilience of the demand network is the worst,which means that the medical treatment cost is higher according to residents’wishes,and the options are fewer.3)Random risk has the least impact on the demand network,indicating that it has less impact on the network resilience under the background of residents’independent medical treatment.But under deliberate attack,the risk resistance of supply network is stronger,the volatility of demand network is greater.4)When the nodes in the central urban area are deliberately attacked,they are more likely to increase the medical treatment cost and reduce the alternative routes.And the overall stability of the supply-demand network is restricted for the cause of the weak supply-demand capacity of the edge nodes.
