长江中游城市群经济韧性对高质量发展的影响

摘　　要：文章运用熵权法测算2006—2020年长江中游城市群经济韧性与高质量发展的综合指数,并分析其时空格局演变特征,采用空间杜宾模型探究经济韧性对高质量发展的影响效应。结果显示:(1)时间趋势上,长江中游城市群经济韧性和高质量发展整体呈现稳定上升趋势,且上升趋势趋同。(2)空间趋势上,长江中游城市群经济韧性处于中高值区及以上的城市持续增加,高质量发展先呈现出武汉、长沙、南昌“三足鼎立”的分布特征,到2020年形成了“东南部高,西北部低”的空间格局。(3)影响效应上,长江中游城市群经济韧性对高质量发展具有显著的正向溢出效应,人力资本、基础设施建设促进高质量发展,环境规制抑制高质量发展。基于此,应该充分利用武汉、长沙和南昌的优势,使得各城市间进行优势互补,缩小发展差距。This paper uses the entropy weight method to calculate the comprehensive index of economic resilience and high-quality development in urban agglomerations of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from 2006 to 2020,analyzes its spatio-temporal pattern evolution characteristics,and uses the spatial Dubin model to explore the impact of economic resilience on the high-quality development.The results show that:1)In the time trend,the economic resilience and the high-quality development show a steady upward trend in urban agglomerations of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,both of them show the similar upward trend.2)In terms of spatial trend,the number of cities with middle and high-value economic resilience continues to.increase.High-quality development first showed of"three pillar"which were Wuhan,Changsha and Nanchang before 2020,and formed a spatial pattern of"high in the southeast and low in the northwest"after 2020.3)In terms of impact effect,the economic resilience of urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has a significant positive spillover effect on the high-quality development.At the same time,human capital and infrastructure construction promote the high-quality development,and environmental regulations inhibit highquality development.Based on the above,it puts forward that governments should make full use advantages of Wuhan,Changsha and Nanchang to make each city complement each other and narrow the development gap.
