长三角地区经济差异动态变化以及空间溢出效应——基于夜间灯光数据  

Dynamic Evolution and Spatial Spillover Effects of Regional Economic Disparity in the Yangtze River Delta:Based on the Night Light Data

摘　　要：基于DMSP/OLS和NPP/VIIRS拟合成的长三角地区2000—2020年夜间灯光数据,利用Dagum基尼系数和标准差椭圆对长三角地区经济发展差异及其动态演变进行探讨;构建空间向量自回归模型(SpVAR),考察长三角地区经济发展的空间溢出效应。研究发现:(1)长三角地区总体经济差异、各省市内以及各省市间经济差异均呈波动下降趋势,其中各省市间经济差异是地区总体经济差异的主要来源。(2)长三角地区经济呈现“东南—西北”的空间格局,且经济分布总体向西移动并呈空间扩张趋势。安徽省、浙江省西南部、江苏省东北部对长三角地区总体经济的拉动作用增强。(3)长三角地区各省市经济发展具有显著为正的空间溢出效应,中心城市对周边地区的经济发展、物质资本投资和碳减排等产生正向空间溢出效应,对工业、金融、科技创新和外商直接投资等在初期则产生负向的空间溢出效应。Based on the night light data of DMSP/OLS and NPP/VIIRS from 2000 to 2020,this paper uses Dagum Gini coefficient and standard deviation ellipse to discuss the economic development difference and dynamic evolution in the Yangtze River Delta.The spatial vector autoregressive model(SpVAR)is introduced to investigate the spatial spillover effect of economic development.The results show that:1)The overall economic disparities show a fluctuating downward trend in each province and inter-province of the Yangtze River Delta,and the inter-provincial economic disparities are the main source of regional overall economic disparities.2)The economy of the Yangtze River Delta presents a spatial pattern of southeast-northwest direction,and the economic distribution moves westward and shows a spatial expansion trend.The economic impact is enhanced in Anhui Province,the southwest of Zhejiang Province and the northeast of Jiangsu Province.3)The economic development of the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta has a significant positive spatial spillover effect.The spatial spillover effects of the central cities on the economic development,physical capital investment and carbon emission reduction of surrounding areas are significantly positive,it has negative spatial spillover effects on industry,finance,technological innovation and foreign direct investment in the early stage.
