摘 要:为探究不同修枝强度对坡垒幼树生长及生理特性的影响,以4 a生坡垒幼树为研究对象,设置3种修枝强度处理,测量或测定对照组及处理组坡垒幼树的生长、生理和光合指标,采用隶属函数法评价不同修枝强度对坡垒幼树生长发育的综合影响。结果显示:(1)修枝处理的坡垒幼树保护性酶活性、总叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度均显著高于不修枝处理,可溶性糖和丙二醛含量显著低于不修枝处理,胸径生长量较不修枝处理低,但差异不显著;(2)坡垒幼树生长、生理、光合等多指标间存在显著相关性;(3)中度修枝处理隶属函数综合值最大,重度修枝处理次之,不修枝处理综合值最小。可得结论:经修枝处理后,坡垒幼树保护性酶活性增强,脂膜过氧化产物积累减少,消耗可溶性糖进行细胞组织重建,净光合速率提高,胞间CO浓度增加;修枝对坡垒幼树高生长有显著促进作用,对粗生长表现为抑制作用;中度修枝对坡垒幼树生长的综合促进效果最佳。In order to study the effects of different pruning intensities on the growth and physiological characteristics of Hopea hainanensis saplings,four-year-old H.hainanensis saplings were selected as the research objects.Three kinds of pruning treatments were set up to measure or determine the growth,physiological and photosynthetic indexes of H.hainanensis saplings in the control and treatment groups.The membership function method was used to evaluate the comprehensive effect of different pruning intensities on H.hainanensis saplings.The results showed that:(1)The protective enzyme activity,total chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular COconcentration in the pruning treatment were significantly higher than those in the non pruning treatment,and the soluble sugar and malondialdehyde content were significantly lower than those in the non pruning treatment.The DBH growth was lower than that in the non pruning treatment,but the difference was not significant.(2)Significant indigenous correlations among growth,physiology and photosynthesis of H.hainanensis saplings.(3)The comprehensive value of membership function of moderate pruning treatment was the largest,followed by severe pruning treatment,and the comprehensive value of no pruning treatment was the smallest.Conclusion:After pruning,the protective enzyme activity was enhanced,the accumulation of lipid peroxidation products was reduced,the soluble sugar was consumed for cell tissue reconstruction,the net photosynthetic rate was increased,and the intercellular COconcentration was increased.Pruning significantly promoted the height growth of saplings,and inhibited the DBH growth.The moderate pruning had the best comprehensive promotion effect on the growth of H.hainanensis saplings.
