摘　　要：小儿推拿是在中医辨证论治基础上,结合小儿独特生理和病理特点的一种中医治疗方法,推脾土是小儿推拿中的重要手法。推脾土在儿科疾病的治疗上疗效确切、不良反应少、操作简单。本文综述古今医家对推脾土的认识及推脾土在小儿脾胃、心、肺、肾系疾病治疗中的应用概况。Tui Pitu is an important technique in pediatric Tuina,which is a unique treatment method in Chinese medicine.Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of children combined with the guidance of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,Tui Pitu is effective in the treatment of pediatric diseases,with fewer adverse effects and simple operation.This article reviews the understanding of ancient and modern practitioners on Tui Pitu and the application in the treatment of pediatric diseases of the spleen,stomach,heart,lung and kidney systems.
