摘　　要：崩漏为妇科常见病及多发病,也属于疑难病。阴道流血,或急或缓,严重影响女性的身心健康。周蜻教授认为“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”生殖轴的功能严重异常是崩漏发病的主要原因;在治疗崩漏过程中以健脾补肾为中心思想,兼顾阴虚内热、瘀血;分出血期和血止后两阶段、辨病与辨证结合。Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gynecology,and it is also a difficult disease.Vaginal bleeding,either acute or slow,seriously affects women’s physical and mental health.Professor Zhou Qing believes that the serious abnormality of the function of the“kidney-Tiangui-Chongren-uterine”reproductive axis is the main reason for the incidence of metrorrhagia.In the treatment of metrorrhagia,the idea of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidney has always been run through,taking into account the internal heat of yin deficiency and blood stasis,it is divided into two stages,the bleeding period and the post-healing period,and the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentia tion.
