66例女性生殖器结核临床特点的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的对66例女性生殖器结核临床特点进行回顾性研究。方法回顾性分析2018年11月至2021年12月到青海省第四人民医院进行治疗的66例生殖器结核的女性患者的临床资料。于宫、腹腔镜联合下分析患者临床特点。结果初步诊断共有32例女性患者检出生殖器结核,检出率为48.48%;剩下34例女性患者经过腹腔镜检查后确诊为生殖器结核。初步诊断女性生殖器结核患者临床表现多为病灶部位可发现炎症细胞,可发现巨核细胞和上皮细胞浸润,病灶可观察到坏死,盆腔包块;而在腹腔镜下、宫腔镜下可见程度更高。结论女性生殖器结核病的临床特点主要为盆腔包块、输卵管粘连、子宫感染,患者出现月经不调和不孕不育等症状。初诊的检出率较低,通常需要对患者的病史进行重视,分析患者的相关病史,结合腹腔镜、病理学等辅助检查方式。Objective To retrospectively study clinical features of 66 cases of female genital tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of 66 female patients with genital tuberculosis who were treated in the 4th People’s Hospital of Qinghai Province from November 2018 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical features of the patients were analyzed by combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.Results A total of 32 female patients were diagnosed with genital tuberculosis,and the detection rate was 48.48%.The remaining 34 female patients were diagnosed with genital tuberculosis after laparoscopy.The clinical manifestations of female genital tuberculosis patients were mainly inflammatory cells,megakaryocytes and epithelial cell infiltration,necrosis and pelvic mass were observed in the lesions.However,the degree of visibility was higher under laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.Conclusion The main clinical features of female genital tuberculosis are pelvic mass,tubal adhesion,uterine infection,menstrual disorders and infertility.The detection rate of initial diagnosis is low,so it is usually necessary to pay attention to the patient’s medical history,analyze the patient’s related medical history,combined with laparoscopy,pathology and other auxiliary examination methods.
