复方黄柏液涂剂治疗儿童包皮术后创面溃疡的疗效观察及医护配合经验总结

摘　　要：目的观察复方黄柏液涂剂治疗儿童包皮术后创面溃疡的疗效及总结医护配合经验。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月在兰陵县人民医院行包皮环切术的50例包茎患儿,随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),患儿应用一次性包皮环切吻合器切除包皮,术后弹力绷带加压包扎。治疗组术后第2天拆除敷料后采用复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷阴茎;对照组则采用碘伏湿敷阴茎。术后采用添加微信方式与患儿及其亲属进行沟通交流、实现陪伴康复,通过视频、图片了解术后创面恢复情况,重点记录术后创面表现、触痛情况,调查满意度。结果治疗组术后第5、10天渗出、肿胀、瘙痒、触痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论包茎患儿术后应用复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷创面,可加快创面愈合,提高患儿家属满意度。Objective To observe the curative effect of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Fluid in the treatment of wound ulcer after circumcision in children and summarize the experience of medical cooperation.Methods A total of 50 children with phimosis who underwent circumcision in People’s Hospital of Lanling County from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into treatment group(n=25)and control group(n=25)by random number table method.All children were treated with disposable circumcision stapler to remove the foreskin,and the postoperative elastic bandage was applied for compression dressing.On the second day after the removal of excipients,the treatment group was wet-coated with Compound Cortex Phellodendri Fluid.The control group used iodophor wet compress.After surgery,WeChat was added to communicate with the children and their relatives to realize accompanying rehabilitation.Videos and pictures were used to understand postoperative wound recovery,and postoperative wound manifestations and tenderness were recorded to investigate satisfaction.Results The incidence rates of exudation,swelling,pruritus and tenderness in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 5th and 10th days after operation(P<0.05).Postoperative satisfaction of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Fluid on the wound surface after operation in children can accelerate the wound healing and improve the satisfaction o f the family members of children.
