醒肺汤中药离子导入在痰热闭肺证肺炎喘嗽患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨醒肺汤中药离子导入治疗痰热闭肺证肺炎喘嗽患儿的效果。方法选取2021年1月至10月广州中医药大学深圳医院(福田)儿科收治的100例痰热闭肺证肺炎喘嗽患儿为研究对象,采用信封法随机分为观察组50例、对照组50例。对照组采用常规中西医结合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用醒肺汤中药离子导入法,持续干预5 d。比较两组发热、咳嗽、痰鸣、喘促中医证候积分及治疗有效率。结果观察组干预后发热、咳嗽、痰鸣、喘促中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒肺汤中药离子导入可改善痰热闭肺证肺炎喘嗽患儿症状,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chines e medicine(TCM)iontophoresis Xingfei Decoction in children with pneumonia and asthma with phlegm-heat occluded lung syndrome.Methods A total of 100 children with pneumonia and asthma with phlegm-heat occluded lung syndrome who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine(Futian)from January to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)by envelope randomization.The control group was treated with conventional combination of Chinese and Western medicine,while the observation group was administered TCM iontophoresis Xingfei Decoction in addition to the regimen used in the control group,for 5 days of continuous intervention.The fever,cough,phlegm,and as thma TCM symptom scores,as well as the effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the TCM syndrome scores for fever,cough,phlegm,and asthma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM iontophoresis Xingfei Decoction can improve the symptoms of children with pneumonia and asthma due to phlegm-heat occluded lung syndrome,and improve the clinical efficacy.
