脱花煎联合米索前列醇片治疗不全流产的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察脱花煎联合米索前列醇片治疗不全流产的临床效果。方法选取2019年12月至2021年6月临沂市中医医院收治的120例不全流产患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组各60例。对照组给予脱花煎,观察组在对照组基础上,于服中药第4日晨加米索前列醇片600μg。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的残留组织排出时间、阴道流血时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论脱花煎联合米索前列醇片治疗不全流产疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tuohua Decoction combined with Misoprostol Tablets in the treatment of incomplete abortion.Methods A total of 120 patients with incomplete abortion admitted to Linyi Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given Tuohua Decoction,and Misoprostol Tablets 600μg was added on the morning of the 4th day on the basis of the control group in the observation group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of residual tissue excretion and vaginal bleeding time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Tuohua Decoction combined with Misoprostol Tablets is effective in the treatment of incomplete abortion.
