摘　　要：目的分析快速康复外科理念在体外循环心脏瓣膜置换患者围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2022年4月在滨州医学院附属医院心脏大血管外科行体外循环下心脏瓣膜置换术女性患者126例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各63例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复外科护理。比较两组的术后相关指标、护理总满意度及舒适度、睡眠质量、生活质量评分。结果观察组的麻醉苏醒时间、排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后3 d舒适度、睡眠质量、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念临床应用效果较好,可以改善患者术后预后情况,提高患者舒适度、睡眠质量和生活质量,提升护理满意度,可推广使用。Objective To analyze the application value of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods A total of 126 female patients who underwent cardiac valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 63 cases in each group.The control gro up was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.The postoperative related indicators,total nursing satisfaction,comfort,sleep quality and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The anesthesia recovery time,exhaust time,defecation time,time to get out of bed and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of comfort,sleep quality and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group 3 days after operation(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery has a good clinical application effect,which can improve the postoperative prognosis of patients,improve the comfort,sleep quality and quality of life of patients,and improve nursing satisfacti on.It is worthy of promotion.
