妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后非切口疼痛的循证护理

摘　　要：目的对妇科腹腔镜手术患者加强疼痛护理干预,总结护理体会。方法选取2018年3月至6月在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院南区妇科接受腹腔镜手术治疗的妇科良性疾病200例患者作为对照组(常规护理),分析患者疼痛发生的主要原因制订合理的干预措施(循证护理),于2018年7月至10月收治的200例患者中开展作为观察组,比较两组护理前后的Barthel指数日常生活能力量表(ADL)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、护理满意度。结果两组护理前的VAS、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人员开展相关心理疏导,能缓解患者恐惧、紧张等不良情绪,对手术的开展、缓解术后疼痛有积极的意义。Objective To strengthen the pain nursing intervention of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients,and to summarize the nursing experience.Methods A total of 200 patients with benign gynecological dis eases who received laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Gynecology,South District,the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from March to June 2018 were selected as the control group(routine nursing).The main causes of patients’pain were analyzed to formulate reasonable intervention measures(evidence-based nursing)and carried out in 200 patients from July to October 2018,who were selected as the observation group.The Barthel index activity of daily living(ADL),visual analogue scale(VAS)before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in VAS and ADL scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significantly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Relevant psychological counseling carried out by nurses can relieve patients fear,tension and other bad emotions,which has a positive significance for the development of surgery and the relief of p ostoperative pain.
