老年无陪护病房女性医护人员焦虑、抑郁状况及睡眠质量的调查分析

摘　　要：目的对老年无陪护病房女性医护人员的焦虑、抑郁状况及睡眠质量进行调查分析,为老年无陪护病房女性医护人员的心理状况干预提供依据。方法选取2021年1月至12月山东省泰安荣军医院老年无陪护病房女性医护人员120例为观察组,同时选取同期本院未在老年无陪护病房工作的其他科室女性医护人员120例为对照组。采用问卷星进行人口学资料调查、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、医院焦虑抑郁量表调查,统一发放二维码,调查条目由专业人员解释说明,确保在充分理解的基础上准确无误填写。参与调查人员240例,有效问卷240份,有效率为100%。结果观察组医护人员的抑郁、焦虑评分高于对照组,观察组PSQI各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年无陪护病房女性医护人员焦虑、抑郁状况明显高于其他科室人员,睡眠质量明显低于其他科室人员,应引起社会的广泛关注。Objective To investigate and analyze the anxiety,depression and sleep quality of female medical staff in the elderly unaccompanied wards,so as to provide basis for psychological intervention of female medical staff in the elderly unaccompanied wards.Methods From January to December 2021,120 female medical staff in the elderly unaccompanied wards in Tai’an Disabled Soldiers’Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the observation group,while 120 female medical staff in other departments without working in the elderly unaccompanied wards during the same period were selected as the control group.Questionnaire stars were used to investigate demographic data,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and hospital anxiety and depression scale.QR codes were issued uniformly,and the survey items were explained by professionals to ensure that they were filled in accurately on the basis of full understanding.There were 240 participants and 240 effective questionnaires,with an effective rate of 100%.Results The depression and anxiety scores of the medical staff of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PSQI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in all dimensions,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The anxiety and depression of female medical staff in the elderly unaccompanied wards are significantly higher than those in other departments,and the sleep quality is significantly lower than those in other departments,which shou ld attract social attention.
