摘 要:[目的]为了系统分析甘草次酸相关研究的文献计量学特征,挖掘国际上甘草次酸领域的研究热点和发展趋势。[方法]本文检索Web of Science(WOS)核心集数据库中有关甘草次酸的研究性论文和综述,通过VOSviewer软件和R语言环境下的Bibliometrix包对发文量、机构、期刊、高被引论文和关键词进行可视化分析。[结果]结果显示,共计纳入1845篇甘草次酸文献,其发文量随时间大致呈增长趋势;机构分析显示来自中国的机构对甘草次酸研究贡献最大,尤其是中国药科大学,其发文量和被引频次最多,科研实力强劲;发文量最多的期刊是Biological&Pharmaceutical Bulletin,且该领域的研究更受药理和化学类期刊青睐;关键词分析揭示了甘草次酸的抗炎、抗病毒、保肝和抗癌药理活性及肝靶向制剂是当前热点。[结论]推测以甘草次酸为母核的结构修饰和肝靶向纳米制剂研究很有发展前景,同时甘草次酸可能是新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的潜在治疗药物。这可为今后甘草次酸相关研究提供参考。[Objective]In order to systematically analyze the bibliometric characteristics of glycyrrhetinic acid related research,explore the research hotspot and development trend of glycyrrhetinic acid in the world.[Methods]This paper takes the Web of Science(WOS)core collection database as the data source to retrieve the articles and reviews on glycyrrhetinic acid,and then the VOS viewer software and the Bibliometrix package in the R language environment were used for visual analysis of publications,organizations,journals,highly cited papers and keywords.[Results]The results showed that a total of 1845 literatures on glycyrrhetinic acid were included,and the number of publications on glycyrrhetinic acid showes a generally increasing trend over time.Institutional analysis indicated that institutions from China made the greatest contribution to glycyrrhetinic acid research,particularly the China Pharmaceutical University,which has the largest number of publications and citations,and has a strong scientific research strength.The most widely published journal is Biological&Pharmaceutical Bulletin,and the related research of glycyrrhetinic acid is favored by the journals of pharmacology and chemistry.Keyword analysis revealed that the anti-inflammatory,antiviral,hepatoprotective and anticancer pharmacological activities of glycyrrhetinic acid and the research on liver-targeted preparations of glycyrrhetinic acid are the current hotspots.[Conclusion]It is further speculated that the study on the structure modification of glycyrrhetinic acid as the parent nucleus and the liver-targeted nano-preparation have great development prospects,and glycyrrhetinic acid may be a potential therapeutic drug of novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).This can provide a reference for future research on glycyrrhetinic acid.
