摘　　要：文章以大数据时代特征为背景,讨论了大数据技术在智慧旅游中的应用,分析了大数据背景下城市智慧旅游发展在信息管理领域面临的企业与消费者双方数据安全、数据真实有效性以及网络客户端管理等主要问题。结合大数据技术在数据收集、数据分析和利用中信息安全保障机制、建立完善的信息管理系统以及改进服务并提升用户体验等方面发挥的作用,提出了大数据技术应用背景下城市智慧旅游发展相应的定位和对策。Based on the characteristics of the big data era,this paper discusses the application of big data technology in smart tourism,and analyzes the problems faced by information management in urban smart tourism development within the context of big data in terms of data security,data authenticity and effectiveness,and network client management between enterprises and consumers.Combined with the role of big data technology in data collection,data analysis and utilization,information security guarantee mechanism,establishment of perfect information management system,and improvement of service and user experience,the corresponding positioning and countermeasures for urban smart tourism development under the background of big data technology application are proposed.
