高校危机事件数字化处理的协同模式与优化策略

摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的不断发展,高校危机事件处理模式已逐渐由传统治理模式转向数字化处理模式。在此时代背景下,从数字治理的理论研究出发,对数字治理融入高校危机事件处理的必要性进行探讨,分析高校危机事件数字化处理模式五阶段管理体系,从而明确高校危机事件数字化处理模式的实践逻辑与价值优势。尽管如此,当前高校危机事件数字化处理模式也存在着一定的现实困境,具体表现为数字支持体系建设滞后,数字加工和信息加工存在壁垒,纵向管理结构呈现碎片化的特征,缺少高新技术人才培训。为更好地完善高校危机事件数字化处理模式,未来需要整合各方主体资源优化职能配置,构建全方位高校危机数字治理系统,利用新型数字化手段驱动高校危机处理,实现处理模式上的创新,从而有效解决高校危机事件。With the continuous development of modern information technology,the crisis event handling mode in colleges and universities has gradually shifted from traditional mode to digital mode.Under this context and based on the study of the digital management theory,the necessity of the digital management system in college crisis event processing is to be discussed,so as to clarify the five-stage management system of digital processing mode of college crisis event based on digital management as well as its practical logic and value advantage.However,the current digital processing mode of crisis event in colleges and universities also has some practical difficulties,which are embodied in the lagging supporting system for digital processing of crisis event in colleges and universities,insufficient technology application,unclear organizational responsibilities,and low quality of personnel.To better realize the digitized handling mode of college crisis event,it is essential to integrate the main functions of resources optimization configuration,build a comprehensive college crisis digital management system,make full use of new digital-driven college crisis management,realize the processing mode of innovation,so as to properly handle the crisis in colleges universities.
