摘　　要：参与农业生产环节外包卷入分工经济对提高农户生产效率具有重要意义。本文基于陕西省关中平原地区887份小麦种植农户的调研数据,利用超越对数随机前沿生产函数和内生转换模型,在考虑和修正样本选择性偏误的基础上,构建反事实框架实证分析了农户参与生产环节外包对其生产效率的影响效应。研究发现,农户参与生产环节外包能够显著提升其生产效率,不同生产环节和不同类型生产环节外包对生产效率的提升效应均存在显著差异;相较于参与技术密集型生产环节外包,劳动密集型生产环节外包对小麦生产效率提升效应更大。因此,本文提出要通过资金补贴、政策宣传、重点支持等措施大力支持外包服务的发展,更好发挥服务外包对农户生产效率的带动作用。Employing the outsourcing services of agricultural production process and being involved in the division of labor is of great significance to improving farmers’production efficiency.Based on 887 research data of wheat farmers in the Guanzhong Plain region of Shaanxi Province,this paper empirically analyzes the effect of farmers’adoption of outsourcing services of production process on their production efficiency using a transcendental logarithmic stochastic frontier production function and an endogenous switching regression model and constructs a counterfactual framework construct based on considering and correcting for sample selectivity bias.The results show that farmers’adoption of outsourcing services of production process can significantly improve their production efficiency,and there are significant differences in the improvement effect of outsourcing services of production process on production efficiency among different production chains and different types of production chains;compared with adoption of technology-intensive outsourcing services of production process,the improvement effect of labor-intensive outsourcing services of production process on wheat production efficiency is more significant.Therefore,this paper proposes that the government should strongly support outsourcing services through financial subsidies,policy propaganda,and critical support measures to better the driving effect of service outsourcing on farmers’production efficiency.
