摘 要:高砷冶炼烟尘是火法炼铜过程中底吹熔炼炉产生的副产品,该烟尘中含铜、砷、锌、铅、金和银等有价元素,是潜在的冶金副产资源,酸性浸出砷和铜具有环境友好、适用范围广、能耗低和回收率高等优点,具有较好的工业化应用前景。针对国内某铜冶炼厂高砷铜冶炼烟尘,采用硫酸浸出—分步硫化沉铜、砷工艺进行试验研究。结果表明:在硫酸酸度50 g/L、液固比2.5∶1、搅拌速度350 r/min、反应温度40℃条件下反应120 min,砷、铜、锌的浸出率分别为76.78%、98.07%、97.45%;对浸出液进行铜、砷分步硫化,铜、砷沉淀率高达98%以上。该工艺为后期侧吹炉熔炼工艺中有价金属和贵金属的回收创造了有利条件,实现了铜冶炼烟尘中有价元素的综合回收与利用。Smelting dust with high arsenic content is a by-product of the bottom-blowing smelting furnace during pyroprocessing of copper smelting.The dust contains valuable elements such as copper,arsenic,zinc,lead,gold,and silver,which are potential metallurgical by-product resources.Acid leaching of arsenic and copper has the advantages of environmental friendliness,wide application range,low energy consumption,and high recovery rate,and has the potential for industrial application.In this paper,the process of sulfuric acid leaching-step-by-step sulfide precipitation of copper and arsenic was adopted for the copper smelting dust with high arsenic content of a copper smelter in China.The results showed that under the conditions of sulfuric acid acidity of 50 g/L,a liquid-solid ratio of 2.5∶1,stirring speed of 350 r/min and temperature of 40℃,and reaction time of 120 min,the leaching rates of arsenic,copper,and zinc were 76.78%,98.07%,and 97.45%respectively;the step-by-step sulfuration of copper and arsenic in the leaching solution was carried out,and the precipitation rate of copper and arsenic was over 98%.This process created favorable conditions for the recovery of valuable metals and precious metals in the following side-blowing furnace smelting process and realized the comprehensive recovery and utilization of valuable elements in copper smelting dust.
