摘  要:为提升纸浆搅拌的自动化作业和监控水平,基于西门子S7-200型PLC和昆仑通泰触摸屏设计一款纸浆自动化搅拌机组态监控系统。详细阐述了系统的设计需求、整体结构、硬件设计和软件设计过程,并应用MCGS组态软件设计了人机交互操控界面,通过现场测试证实:相较于常规搅拌设备,本系统的搅拌达标率、自动化人机操控体验等指标更为优越。In order to improve the automatic operation and monitoring level of pulp mixing,a configuration monitoring system for automatic pulp mixer is designed based on Siemens S7-200 PLC and Kunlun Tongtai touch screen.The design requirements,overall structure,hardware design and software design process of the system are described in detail,and the human-computer interactive control interface is designed by using MCGS configuration software.Field test of industrial paper making proves that compared with conventional mixing equipment,the system has better mixing compliance rate,automatic human-computer control experience and other indicators.
