摘 要:为验证人工增雨效果物理检验方法的合理性及有效性,选取2016年4月16日徐州市一次非随机火箭人工增雨作业个例,在对其进行合理性分析的基础上,分别从云体动态追踪检验和静态区域对比检验两方面论证增雨催化是否有效.首先解析了新一代S波段多普勒气象雷达(CINRAD/SA)基数据以获取反射率资料,再通过计算获取特定的雷达产品,然后对人工增雨作业前后的作业云体和对比云体进行识别追踪并编号,划分作业影响区和对比区,通过雷达回波物理参量的时序对比分析,得到催化作业效果的物理证据.研究发现:作业云体较之对比云体在5个物理量上的正偏离逐渐变大,且在作业约25 min后进一步发展并维持一段时间;催化作用可使经过影响区的云体发展状态得以维持.In order to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the physical test method for the effect of artificial precipitation enhancement,a case of non-random rocket artificial precipitation enhancement operation in Xuzhou City on April 16,2016 is selected. On the basis of its rationality analysis,the effectiveness of rain enhancement catalysis is demonstrated from two aspects of cloud dynamic tracking test and static region contrast test. Firstly,the base data of the new generation S-band Doppler weather radar(CINRAD/SA)is analyzed to obtain the reflectivity data,and then specific radar products are obtained through calculation. Then,the operation cloud body and comparison cloud body before and after the artificial rain enhancement operation are identified,tracked and numbered. The operation impact area and comparison area are divided. The physical evidence of the catalytic operation effect is obtained through the time sequence comparison analysis of the physical parameters of the radar echo. The study shows that the positive deviation of the operation cloud body in the five physical quantities gradually becomes larger than that of the contrast cloud body,and it further develops and maintains for a period of time after about 25 minutes of operation. The catalysis can maintain the development state of cloud body passing through the affected area.
