河南省农地流转的影响因素分析

摘　　要：基于河南省2005—2020年的人口、经济、社会、农业等方面15个统计数据,运用因子分析和灰色理论进行河南省农地流转影响因素分析.因子分析结果表明,经济发展水平、产业结构、政府支农管理政策等指标层是影响河南农地流转的主要因素,以此公因子指标为研究对象进行农地流转制约程度的灰色关联排序,进一步提出稳定主粮优化经济作物、提高非农人口比例及收入、完善养老及土地流转管理规范等政策建议.Based on 15 statistical data of population,economy,society and agriculture in Henan Province from 2005 to 2020,the methods of factors analysis and grey correlative analysis are used to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural land transfer in Henan Province. The results of factor analysis show that the main influence factors of agricultural land transfer in Henan are as follows:the level of economic development,industrial structure,government support for agriculture management policies as well as. The restriction degrees of common factor indicators on agricultural land transfer are ranked by grey correlation. Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as stabilizing staple grain and optimizing cash crops,increasing the proportion and income of non-agricultural population,improving the management norms of pension and land circulation.
