摘  要:地质适宜性评价是实现地下空间规划合理性和开发利用安全性的重要保证,但面对当前积累的大量多维多源地质数据,如何开展三维和精细化的评价工作亟待开展深入研究。针对上述问题,通过联合多种三维空间分析和综合评价等方法,基于多要素三维单元属性模型对地下空间地质适宜性三维评价方法进行研究,并结合厦门市马銮湾新城南岸片区进行了实例应用。结果表明:多要素三维单元属性模型能够充分发挥多维多源地质数据和三维地质模型的功能和作用,是地下空间开发地质适宜性三维评价的良好载体和数据基础;通过构建具有针对性的三维评价模型,三维评价结果可为地下空间规划和开发利用提供更加精细化的数据支持,更好地服务于城市建设。Geological suitability evaluation is an important guarantee for the rationality of underground space planning and the safety of development and utilization.However,in the face of the accumulated multi-dimensional and multi-source geological data,how to carry out the geological suitability evaluation of underground space in 3 D and detail needs to be further studied.Focusing on the above problems,by combining various 3 D spatial analysis and comprehensive evaluation methods,this paper studies the 3 D geological suitability evaluation method of underground space based on the 3 D element model with multi-attributes.In addition,the method has been used for the case study on the south bank area of Maluanwan New town in Xiamen City.The results show that the 3 D element model with multi-attributes can fully reflect the functions and effects of multi-dimensional,multi-source geological data and 3 D geological model,which can be used as a good basis for 3 D Geological suitability evaluation of underground space.By building a specific 3 D evaluation model,the 3 D evaluation results can provide the data in detail for the planning and development of underground spaces,therefore it can be better applied to urban construction.
