摘  要:以南水北调东线二期工程穿黄河大断面盾构输水隧洞衬砌结构为研究对象,在整理归纳其他已建盾构输水隧洞的衬砌结构设计型式及受力特征等主要特点的基础上,结合穿黄工程的地质条件、隧洞规模和荷载条件,拟定了单层管片衬砌、管片内衬钢筋混凝土和管片内衬预应力钢筋混凝土3种衬砌结构方案,并采用三维精细数值仿真方法,对不同工况条件下各衬砌结构设计方案的受力特征进行对比分析。研究结果表明:单层管片衬砌方案在运行期单独承担内水压力荷载时,管片拉应力量值较大;对于管片内衬钢筋混凝土和管片内衬预应力钢筋混凝土两种双层衬砌方案,从结构安全的角度判断均可行。综合不同衬砌结构设计方案的受力特征以及类似已建工程的经验,建议采用管片内衬钢筋混凝土作为穿黄河工程盾构输水隧洞的基本结构型式。We focuse on the lining structure of the large-section shield tunnel across the Yellow River,which is a part of the second phase of the East Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project.Based on collecting and summarizing the main characteristics of the lining structure design of existed shield tunnels,the geological conditions,tunnel size and load conditions of the shield tunnel were analyzed and 3 schemes of lining design were put forward,namely single-layer segment lining scheme,external segment lining and internal reinforce concrete scheme,and external segment lining and internal pre-stressed reinforce concrete scheme.Three-dimensional elaborate numerical simulation method was used to analyze the bearing characteristics of each scheme under different working conditions.The results showed that in operation period,the single-layer segment lining alone born the internal water pressure,causing greater segment tensile stress.It was evaluated that the other two lining design schemes were both feasible from the perspective of structural safety.Based on the bearing characteristics of different lining structure design schemes and the experience of similar built projects,it is recommended to use the internal segment lining and external reinforce concrete scheme for the shield tunnel across the Yellow River.
