摘 要:随着长江经济带战略的实施和黄金水道建设的推进,长江干线航运飞速发展,上游主要支流航道等级提升迫在眉睫,但传统航道整治工程受环境保护制约难以实施。为探索利用长江上游逐渐形成的大型水库群的调节库容提升长江上游的通航能力,建立了一种兼顾航运需求和发电效益的梯级水库群多目标协调调度模型,研究了该模型求解的PSO-POA改进算法。结合岷江流域梯级水库群的历史径流数据进行实例仿真计算,并与传统梯级发电量最大优化调度模型的计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明:建立的航运-发电多目标协调调度模型在丰、平、枯典型年下能够将岷江下游河道的年内最小通航流量分别提升27.57%,22.78%和18.98%,而梯级水电站群的发电电量仅分别减少0.66%,0.50%和0.53%。研究成果可为长江上游各流域梯级水库群航运-发电协调调度提供技术支撑,有利于提升长江上游水库群的调度管理水平,助力长江经济带高质量发展。With the implementation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt strategy and the promotion of the construction of the golden waterway,the navigation of the Yangtze River trunk line is developing rapidly,however the upgrading of the main tributary channels in the upper reaches is imminent.In order to explore how to use the regulation capacity of the large reservoir group gradually formed in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River to improve the navigation capacity,a multi-objective coordinated operation model of cascade reservoirs group considering both navigation demand and power generation efficiency is established,and a improved PSO-POA algorithm for solving the model is studied.Finally,an example simulation calculation is carried out based on the historical runoff data of cascade reservoir group in Minjiang River Basin,and the calculation results are compared with the traditional optimal dispatching model for maximizing cascade generation.The results show that the proposed multi-objective coordinated dispatching model can increase the minimum navigable discharge of the lower reaches by 27.57%,22.78%and 18.98%respectively in different typical years,and the reduction of power generation of cascade hydropower stations is only 0.66%,0.50%and 0.53%respectively.The research results can provide technical support for the coordinated operation of navigation and power generation of cascade reservoirs,improve the operation and management level of reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and help the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
