咪唑啉Gemini型阳离子柔软剂的合成及应用

摘　　要：以硬脂酸、羟乙基乙二胺、1,3-二氯丙醇为原料合成了咪唑啉Gemini型阳离子柔软剂(DIGCS),通过FTIR进行结构表征,并研究应用性能。结果表明,产物具有预期结构,该柔软剂具有较好的耐盐、耐碱、耐硬水稳定性;整理后的织物亲水性与非离子软片整理的织物相当,蓬松度和耐洗性比常规阳离子软片整理的织物要好,能够显著提升织物的撕裂强力,但是会影响织物的拉伸强力和顶破强力。A imidazoline Gemini type cationic softener(DIGCS)was prepared by stearic acid,aminoethylethanolamine and 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol,which was characterized by FTIR,and it′s performance was also researched.The results showed that expected structure was obtained,this kind softener had excellent salt repellence,alkaline repellence and hard water repellence,the hydrophilicity of treated fabric was similar to that of fabric treated with non-ionic flake softener,the fluffy hand feeling and durability were better than that of fabric treated with normal cationic flake softerner,it could improve the tear strength,but affected the tensile strength and bursting strength.
