摘　　要：羊毛衫的异味用传统方式很难去除干净,采用新型洗涤剂(含生物酶)能快速彻底去除异味,解决行业的老难题。去除异味的优化方案为:生物酶配比m(脂肪酶)∶m(蛋白酶)=1∶2,用量2%(omf),pH 5,温度450℃,时间30 min,此工艺处理毛衣的手感、颜色及洗净率均较好。It is difficult to remove the odor of woolen sweaters in the traditional way.The new detergent(containing biological enzyme)can remove the odor quickly and completely.The optimal scheme for odor removal was:biological enzyme m(lipase)∶m(protease)=1∶2,dosage of 2%(omf),pH 5,temperature 450℃,time30 min.The hand feeling,color and washing rate of the sweater treated by this process were all well.
