易撕裂商标布用基布的阳离子改性涤纶织物的卷状加工

摘　　要：针对常规商标布在使用过程中难以撕裂以及加工过程中需要反复酸碱处理的情况,通过在高温高压卷染机上进行脆损加工处理可以解决这两种问题。结果表明:阳离子涤塔夫类织物可以应用于具备易撕裂效果的商标布用基布领域;经过预处理、脆损处理以及定形热处理,整个加工过程无需酸碱反复处理,不仅减少了化学品的耗用,而且降低了常规加工过程的复杂度。经过加工的阳离子涤塔夫类织物产品撕破强力为4.30~4.95 N,满足“易撕裂”的效果需求。In order to solve the problem that the normal trademark cloth is difficult to tear and needs repeated acid-base and alkali treatment in the process of processing,the two problems can be solved by embrittlement processing on the high-temperature and high-pressure jigger.The results showed that cationic polyester taffeta fabrics could be used in the field of brand cloth substrates with easy tearing effect,and the whole process did not need acid-base repeated treatment after pre-treatment,brittle damage treatment and heat treatment,it not only reduced the consumption of chemicals,but also reduced the complexity of conventional processing.The tear strength of cationic polyester taffeta fabric after processing was 4.30~4.95 N,which met the requirement of easy to tear effect.
