摘 要:厦门第二东通道环岛东路互通立交箱梁施工时受作业面影响,上层箱梁施工时下层箱梁已经无法搭设落地支架,因而考虑将支架基础设置在下层箱梁上面。因此,利用FEA建模计算下层桥梁各种工况下的内力、应变、挠度等数值,判断其是否可以承受上层箱梁施工期间的荷载。同时为确保结构安全,特引入监控手段对下层箱梁进行实时监测,获取箱梁施工期间的变形、变形速率、应变等数据。通过对比理论计算和监测结果,相互印证此种支架形式的可行性。During the construction of the box girder of the interchange on Huandao East Road of Xiamen Second East Passageway, due to the influence of the working surface, the lower box girder has been formed and the floor support cannot be erected during the construction of the upper box girder. Therefore, it is considered to set the support foundation on the lower box girder. The internal force, strain and deflection of the lower bridge under various working conditions are calculated by FEA modeling so as to judge whether it can bear the load during the construction of the upper box girder. At the same time, in order to ensure the safety of the structure, monitoring methods are introduced to monitor the lower box girder in real time to obtain the deformation, deformation rate, strain and other data of the box girder during construction. The theoretical calculation and monitoring results mutually confirm the feasibility of this support form.
