摘 要:针对城市干线公路工程数据量大且概预算编制缺乏有效应对方法的现状,以厦门第二东通道工程为研究对象,通过标准化工程数量表的研究与构建、标准化特殊工料机库的摸索和选用顺序、标准化工序与定额匹配指引文件的建立及其造价数据智能批处理的综合解决方案,提出了基于数据标准化和智能批处理方法的新技术、新方法、新思路,基本上代替了简单的人机交互模式,有力提升了此类复杂工程概预算编制的质量和效率。研究成果为类似项目的概预算编制提供了重要的思路参考及实践依据。In view of the large amount of urban trunk highway engineering data and the lack of budget estimates and budget preparation effective countermeasures, the Xiamen Second East Passage Project is taken as the research object, in this paper, through the research and construction of the standardized engineering quantity table, the exploration and selection sequence of standardized special materials and materials, the establishment of standardized procedures and quota matching guide documents, and the comprehensive solution of intelligent batch processing of cost data, a comprehensive solution is proposed. New technologies, new methods and new ideas that based on data standardization and intelligent batch processing methods are put forward which can basically replace the simple human-computer interaction mode and have effectively improved the quality and efficiency of budget preparation for such complex projects. The research results provide important reference and practical basis for budget estimation and preparation of similar project.
