摘  要:为探究中药饲料添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化及免疫指标的影响,试验选用30日龄的断奶仔猪60头,随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮+100 mg·kg^(-1)中草药添加剂、试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+200 mg·kg^(-1)中草药添加剂和试验Ⅲ组饲喂基础日粮+400 mg·kg^(-1)中草药添加剂,每组3个重复,每个重复5头。结果显示:与对照组相比,3组试验组仔猪生长性能指标显著升高(P<0.05),血清生化指标显著升高(P<0.05),血清免疫指标显著升高(P<0.05)。在仔猪饲料中添加中草药添加剂可改善仔猪的生长性能和免疫功能,且不影响仔猪正常的生理功能,建议推荐量100 mg·kg^(-1)。In order to explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine feed additives on the growth performance,serum biochemical and immune indexes of weaned piglets,a total of 6030-day-old weaned piglets were selected in this experiment and randomly divided into four groups.The control group,the experimental group Ⅰ were fed the basal diet+100 mg·kg^(-1) Chinese herbal medicine additive,the experimental group Ⅱ was fed the basal diet+200 mg·kg^(-1) Chinese herbal medicine additive and experimental group Ⅲ was fed the basal diet+400 mg·kg^(-1) Chinese herbal medicine additive,three replicates in each group,five in each replicate only.The results showed that compared with the control group,the growth performance indexes of piglets in the three experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum biochemical indexes were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum immune indexes were significantly increased(P<0.05).Adding Chinese herbal supplements to piglets'feed could improve the growth performance and immune function of piglets without affecting the normal physiological functions of piglets.The recommended amount was 100 mg·kg^(-1).
