摘　　要：为探讨副鸡禽杆菌A型菌株摇瓶培养的适宜条件,进行了培养基种类、血清的添加浓度、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)浓度的优化和筛选。结果表明:鸡肉汤琼脂培养基和鸡肉汤液体培养基是作为副鸡禽杆罗斯科A型疫苗株生长的最适培养基;培养基中NAD的最适浓度为10μg·mL^(-1),鸡血清的最适浓度为2%,培养基最佳灭菌条件为121℃15 min,摇瓶培养的最佳培养时间为18 h。The aim of this study was to establish the suitable culture conditions of Bacilus paracanthus type A strain in shake flask.Through the medium type,serum addition concentration,nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD)concentration optimization and screening.The results showed that chicken broth medium and chicken broth liquid medium were the most suitable medium for Bacilus paracanthus type A vaccine strain growth.The optimum concentration of NAD in the medium was 10μg·mL^(-1),the optimum concentration of chicken serum in the medium was 2%,the optimal sterilization time was 121℃ for 15 min,the optimal culture time of shake flask culture was 18 h.
