摘  要:针对钢框架翼缘削弱型节点震后结构修复非常困难的问题,基于震后可更换的抗震设计理念,提出一种带可更换梁段的翼缘削弱型新型节点RFJ。通过ABAQUS建模对比普通端板连接节点CPJ和RFJ在单调和循环荷载作用下的力学性能,并对RFJ节点进行变参分析。结果表明:RFJ的滞回性能优于CPJ,大震后可以轻松更换;随着梁翼缘削弱长度b的增加,节点的承载性能逐渐下降,延性系数先增大后减小,耗能能力虽有提升但强度、刚度退化效果并不理想,建议梁翼缘削弱段长度b=(0.7~0.9)h_(b)(h_(b)为钢梁截面高度);当可更换梁段长度l过大时,造成节点的初始刚度及延性降低,对节点耗能能力产生不利影响,l过小时会使得节点焊缝处应力值过大,影响塑性铰外移的效果,综合考虑建议可更换梁段长度l=(1.6~1.85)h_(b)。For the problem that it was very difficult to repair the structure of steel frame flange weakened joints after earthquake,based on the concept of post earthquake replaceable seismic design,a new type of flange weakened joint RFJ with replaceable beam section was proposed.Through ABAQUS modeling,the mechanical properties of common end plate connection joint CPJ and RFJ under monotonic and cyclic loads were compared,and the variable parameter analysis of RFJ was carried out.The results show that the hysteresis performance of RFJ is better than that of CPJ and can be easily replaced after a large earthquake.With the increase of the weakened length b of the beam flange,the bearing capacity of the joint decreases gradually,and the ductility coefficient increases firstly and then decreases.Although the energy consumption capacity is improved,the degradation effect of strength and stiffness is not ideal.It is suggested that the length of weakened section of beam flange b=(0.7-0.9)h_(b)(h_(b) is the height of steel beam section).When the length of replaceable beam section l is too large,the initial stiffness and ductility of the joint will be reduced and the energy dissipation capacity of the joint will be adversely affected.If the length of replaceable beam section l is too small,the stress value at the weld of the joint will be too large,affecting the effect of plastic hinge outward movement.Considering comprehensively,it is suggested that the length of replaceable beam section l=(1.6-1.85)h_(b).
