摘 要:采用中国2016—2019年新能源乘用车车型月度销量数据,运用嵌套Logit需求估计模型测算财政补贴、充电桩数量在效用函数模型中的参数,研究财政补贴和新增充电设施2类支持政策对新能源汽车消费者需求的影响,比较实际值与模拟值,判断新能源汽车消费者需求潜力。研究表明:价格-补贴系数显著为负,充电桩数量系数显著为正,表明财政补贴和新增充电桩数量均提高了消费者效用,增加了新能源汽车市场需求;消费者需求潜力测算显示大部分新能源汽车品牌属于需求不足型,消费者需求潜力仍有开发空间,有必要继续实施支持政策。Based on the monthly sales data of new energy passenger vehicle models in China from 2016to 2019,using the nested Logit demand model to estimate the parameters of the two policy factors of financial subsidies and the number of charging piles in the utility function model,the impacts of the financial subsidies and the number of charging piles on the consumption demand of new energy vehicles were studied.By comparing the actual value with the simulated value,the demand potential of new energy vehicles was judged.The research shows that the price-subsidy coefficient is significantly negative and the number of charging piles is significantly positive,indicating that both financial subsidies and new charging piles have effectively improved consumer utility,thereby increasing the market demand for new energy vehicles.The calculation results of consumer demand potential show that most new energy vehicle brands are of insufficient demand,and there is still room for further development of consumer demand potential.It is necessary to continue to implement supporting policies.
