摘 要:爆燃压裂作业安全风险高,在油管传输施工作业过程中,存在油管挤扁、弯曲和断裂等安全性问题。为了提高爆燃压裂施工的安全性,采用数值仿真计算和井下测试相结合的方法对爆燃压裂井下作业管柱的安全性进行了研究。结果表明:在相同的井筒条件、地层条件和装药方案下,压裂火药在井中爆燃产生的峰值压力超过120 MPa时,油管产生变形;且不同燃速组合装药方案对爆燃产生的峰值压力和有效压力作用时间有较大的影响。根据井况和地层条件选择合适的装药方案,能够保护井筒管柱的安全,提高施工效果。The deflagration fracturing operation has high safety risk,and there are some safety problems in the process of tubing transmission,such as tubing flattening,bending and fracture.In order to improve the safety of deflagration fracturing,numerical simulation and downhole testing were used to study the safety of the tubing string in the underground operation of deflagration fracturing.The results show that:Under the same well bore conditions,formation conditions and loading schemes,with the charge quantity increasing,when the peak pressure exceeds 120 MPa,the oil tube will be deformed.;Under the same wellbore conditions,formation conditions,and charge quantity,the different combined loading scheme has a greater influence on the peak pressure generated by deflagration and the time of pressure operation.Select appropriate charging scheme according to well conditions and formation conditions,capable of protecting the wellbore string,improve construction effect.
