摘 要:伊拉克格拉芙油田的自喷井由于井况复杂和完井工艺多样,在投球坐封完井封隔器时,球座提前剪切或超压剪切的情况时有发生。通过分析完井球座上下受力情况,发现完井液密度差的变化会改变球座上部的静液柱压力,而地层的漏失会改变球座下部的井底压力,从而增加球座额外的载荷,影响球座销钉的实际剪切值。经现场14口井的施工数据统计分析,得出完井液密度大于、等于、小于相对地层压力梯度三种情况时对剪切球座的影响,提出减少作业工序衔接时间、改变剪切销钉的数量以及改善完井液性能等预防措施,减少了完井施工过程中球座的提前剪切和超压剪切事故的发生。Due to the complex well conditions and various completion techniques of the blowout well in Graf Oilfield,Iraq,ball seat may be sheared ahead of time or overpressure sheared when the ball is pitched and the completion packer is being set.By analyzing the force on the upper and lower parts of the completion ball seat,it is found that the change in the density difference of completion fluid will change the hydrostatic column pressure at the upper part of the ball seat,and the leakage of the formation will change the bottom hole pressure at the lower part of the ball seat,thereby increasing the extra pressure load of the ball seat,which affects the actual shear value of the ball seat pins.Through statistical analysis of the construction data from 14 wells in the field,the influences of three kinds of conditions,namely,completion fluid density greater than,equal to or less than the relative formation pressure gradient,on the shear ball seat were obtained.Preventive measures such as reducing the connection time of the operation procedure,changing the number of shear pins,and improving the performance of the completion fluid were proposed,which help reduce the occurrence of premature shearing and overpressure shearing accidents of the ball seat during the completion construction.
