摘 要:成熟的储能技术为小型工业园区的低碳运行提供了技术支撑,在此背景下提出了一种小型工业园区储能容量优化配置模型。研究了储电装置、储热装置、储冷装置的运行约束以及小型工业园区的负荷特点,构建了双层规划模型。内层是小型工业园区的源-荷-储协同运行层,外层是统筹全局优化的储能容量配置层。仿真算例证明了所提的双层容量配置模型具备更好的经济性和环保性。Developed energy storage technology provides technical support for the low-carbon operation of small industrial parks.In this context,a model for optimal allocation of energy storage capacity in small industrial parks is proposed.The operational constraints of power storage devices,heat storage devices and cooling storage devices as well as the load characteristics of small industrial parks are studied,and a two-layer planning model is constructed.The inner layer is the source-load-storage cooperative operation layer of the small industrial park,and the outer layer is the energy storage capacity allocation layer for global optimization.The simulation example proves that the two-tier capacity allocation model proposed in this paper has better economy and environmental friendliness.
