摘　　要：随着射频电路功能模块的集成度越来越高,传统测试方法已不能满足电路测试及修理需求。采用PXI总线技术及嵌入式通信处理技术,设计了一种新型射频通用测试平台。该测试平台集成了开关矩阵模块、程控衰减调理组合、通用测试适配器、网络接口等模块,可完成射频电路的测试及故障诊断修复,有效节约人力成本,提升电路测试及修复效率。该平台的设计搭建方法,在测试资源的集成及射频电路综合测试方面具有指导意义。As the integrating of radio frequency(RF)circuit function modules,traditional test methods can no longer meet the requirements of circuit testing and repairing.Using PXI bus technology and embedded communication processing technology,a new RF universal test platform is designed.The test platform integrates switch matrix module,programmed attenuation adjustment combination,universal test adapter,network interface and other modules,which can complete the test and fault diagnosis repair of RF circuit,effectively save labor costs,and improve the efficiency of circuit test and repair.The design and construction method of this platform has guiding significance in the integration of test resources and the comprehensive test of RF circuits.
