摘　　要：电力系统安全运行是国民经济发展的基础,继电保护装置作为电力系统的重要组成部分,是电力系统安全稳定运行的重要保障措施之一。提出一种基于继电保护及其二次回路状态监测信息的便携式继电保护维护软件,实现对继电保护装置的监视、实验、定值管理等功能,可完成继电保护装置在生产、调试、投运阶段的测试、配置、管理、维护等任务,提升继电保护装置精细化管理水平,提高变电站二次系统运检效率和故障处理水平。The safe operation of power system is the basis of national economic development.As an important part of power system,relay protection device is one of the important guarantee measures for the safe and stable operation of power system.A portable relay protection maintenance software based on the status monitoring information of relay protection and its secondary circuit is proposed.A portable relay protection maintenance software based on the status monitoring information of relay protection and its secondary circuit is proposed to realize the functions of monitoring,experiment and fixed value management of relay protection devices,and complete the tasks of testing,configuration,management and maintenance of relay protection devices in the stages of production,commissioning and operation.It can improve the fine management level of relay protection equipment,improve the operational inspection efficiency and fault handling level of substation secondary system.
