摘　　要：招标工作中各类文件的审查内容日益多样化和复杂化,人工审查越来越难以满足审查效率和准确率要求,对此提出了一种基于布尔逻辑计算的招标文件合规性审查规则,同时结合Openpyxl完成对招标文件的自动化审查,对审查的结果按照结构化的方式对数据进行整理后,生成自动化审查记录表供专家复审。经过电网招标工作的初步验证,该方案极大减轻了招标工作中专家审查工作量,提高了招标文件的审查效率和准确率。The review contents of various documents in bidding work are becoming more and more diversified and complex,and manual review is becoming more and more difficult to meet the requirements of review efficiency and accuracy.In this regard,a compliance review rule for tender documents based on Boolean logic calculation is proposed.At the same time,combined with Openpyxl,the automated review of the tender documents is completed,and the results of the review are sorted out according to the structured way after the data is collated,and an automated review record form is generated for expert review.After the preliminary verification of the grid bidding work,the scheme greatly reduces the workload of experts in the bidding work and improves the efficiency and accuracy of the bidding document review.
