摘 要:以单一供电通道停电检修易造成全站失压的电网某典型220 kV变电站为例,结合其主接线图和正常运行方式,通过比较选择出运行方式转换最优方案,详述该方案实施的主要操作步骤,对过程中存在的主要操作风险开展分析并提出有效的应对措施,最大限度降低发生电网安全事故事件的可能性和风险等级,可为类似操作提供有益借鉴。A typical 220 kV substation is liable to cause voltage loss in the whole station during power outage maintenance of a single power supply channel.Taking this case as an example,combined with its main wiring diagram and normal operation mode,the optimal operation mode conversion scheme is selected by comparison,and the main operation steps of the implementation of the scheme are described in detail.The main operational risks in the process are analyzed and effective countermeasures are proposed,which minimizes the possibility and risk level of grid safety incidents.This paper can provide useful reference for similar operations.
