摘  要:针对航空电源车在保障飞机开车过程中出现的直流升压不成功的事故案例,通过分析故障电源车保障的飞参数据,判定事故由直流升压装置故障导致。采用MATLAB/Simulink软件对直流升压装置中的串联12脉波整流电路及其可能出现的故障情况进行仿真以及定量分析。仿真和计算的结果表明,当12脉波整流电路非同相位的2个二极管损坏时,其输出特性与事故案例相同,成功排查出故障位置。In view of the failure of DC boost in the process of aircraft support for aviation power supply vehicle,by analyzing the flight parameter data of fault power supply vehicle support,it is determined that it is caused by the failure of DC boost device.MATLAB-Simulink software is used to simulate and quantitatively analyze the series 12 pulse rectifier circuit and its possible faults in the DC boost device.The results of simulation and calculation show that when two diodes working continuously in 12 pulse rectifier circuit are damaged,their output characteristics are the same as those of the accident case,and they are successful.
