摘 要:利用模拟热再生试验装置研究了热再生对不同使用年限活性炭的再生效能,分析了使用年限对再生活性炭基本性能恢复率的影响,并探讨了再生的过程及再利用途径。研究结果表明,长使用年限不利于活性炭的热再生过程的效能恢复,使用年限大于5年会导致再生炭的吸附性能指标及机械强度显著降低,其原因在于活性炭使用过程中累积的无机成分占据了其孔隙,以及所含的金属氧化物在热再生过程中对炭微孔结构的催化氧化。使用年限超过5年活性炭采用热再生方式的经济收益较低,再生后活性炭的应用途径需要结合其使用年限及再生后性能参数来综合确定。Thermal regeneration test device was used to study the regeneration efficiency of thermal regeneration for spent biological activated carbon(BAC) with different service life, the effect of service life on the basic performance recovery rate of recycled activated carbon was analyzed. In addition, the process of regeneration and reuse methods were discussed. The results showed that the longer service life, the lower effectiveness of BAC, and servicing more than 5 years would lead to a significant decrease in the adsorption performance index and mechanical strength of recycled carbon, due to the occupation of pores by inorganic components accumulated during the use of activated carbon and the catalytic oxidation of carbon microporous structures by metal oxides during thermal regeneration. The economic benefits of thermal regeneration of activated carbon which serviced more than 5 years are low. The application path of the regenerated activated carbon needs to be comprehensively determined based on its service life and performance parameters after regeneration.
