摘 要:上向流生物活性炭工艺是水厂深度处理的方法之一。文中通过对某上向流生物活性炭深度处理水厂的活性炭粒径、孔积率、比表面积强度、碘吸附值、亚甲蓝吸附值、强度、装填密度及灰分等参数选择优化进行了全面分析,对该水厂出水水质进行了总结。结论如下:(1)在进水负荷为500~1 000 m^(3)/h情况下,炭层膨胀率为11.8%~30.8%,炭层可整体处于微膨胀状态;(2)进水TOC质量浓度为1.30~3.60 mg/L情况下,深度处理工艺对TOC平均去除率为71%,较常规工艺提升25%;(3)进水COD_(Mn)质量浓度为1.18~4.66 mg/L情况下,深度处理工艺对COD_(Mn)平均去除率为71%,臭氧活性炭工艺单元对COD_(Mn)的去除率约为25%;(4)以COD_(Mn)去除效果作为炭池反冲洗指导参数,在气温为17~33℃条件下,过滤周期为8 d较为合适。以上结论可为亚热带地区上向流活性炭的工程应用提供重要参考。Up-flow biological activated carbon process is one of the advanced treatment methods in water treatment plants(WTPs). This paper comprehensively analyzed the optimized choice of the parameters such as particle size, pore volume ratio, specific surface area strength, iodine adsorption value, methylene blue adsorption value, strength, packing density and ash content of the up-flow biological activated carbon advanced treatment of a WTP. Results showed that:(1) Under the condition of influent load of 500~1 000 m^(3)/h, the expansion rates of carbon layer were 11.8%~30.8%, and the carbon layer could be in micro expansion state as a whole;(2) When the TOC mass concentration of inflow water was 1.30~3.60 mg/L, the average TOC removal rate of advanced treatment process was 71%, which was 25% higher than that of conventional process;(3) When the inflow water COD_(Mn) mass concentration was 1.18~4.66 mg/L, the average removal rate of COD_(Mn) by advanced treatment process was 71%, which was 25% higher than that by conventional process;(4) Taking the removal effect of COD_(Mn) as the guiding parameter of backwashing of carbon pool, it was more appropriate to filter for 8 d at the temperature of 17~33 ℃. These can provide an important reference for the engineering application of up-flow activated carbon in subtropical zone.
