摘  要:针对多谱段复合光电设备在调试过程中,同轴目标模拟器存在次镜遮挡、激光红外分时使用、体积大重量重以及装调效率较低等问题,对目标模拟器进行了优化,提出一种新的目标模拟器。采用离轴反射、分光成像方案保证目标模拟器接收、发射的各个波段光线具有高精度的光轴一致性,同时降低目标模拟器本身的装调和标定难度;采用多波段复合激光衰减片方案实现激光/可见光和红外谱段同时工作使用,显著提高调试效率,同时解决了激光散斑的问题,提高了光轴调试精度;最终实现光轴一致性调试精度在1个像素以内。In this paper,a new target simulator is optimized for the problems of sub-mirror occlusion,laser infrared time-sharing,large size and heavy weight,and low mounting efficiency of coaxial target simulators in the commissioning process of multi-spectral composite optoelectronic devices and and a new target simulator is proposed.The co-aperture off-axis reflection and spectroscopic imaging scheme is adopted to ensure that the transmitting optical axis and receiving optical axis of the target simulator are highly consistent,while reducing the difficulty of assembly of the target simulator.In addition,the target simulator uses a special form of laser attenuator,so that the system can work in laser and infrared bands at the same time,significantly improving commissioning efficiency,while solving the problem of laser speckle,and improving optical axis commissioning accuracy.The result is consistent optical axis tuning to within 1 pixel.
