摘  要:为解决乳品供应链信息共享的粗放现状,将场景和情境纳入乳品供应链信息共享的研究视野,发掘乳品供应链零售商与消费者之间的信息共享机制,构建乳品供应链零售商和消费者信息共享的空间质量屋模型。综合运用问卷调查、专家访谈以及信息搜索3种方法,以蒙牛集团和伊利集团供应链的信息共享为实例,采用矩阵空间向量的计算方法对信息共享适配度求解,以期为乳品供应链信息共享提供参考和借鉴。In order to solve the current problems of information sharing in the dairy supply chain,scenes and contexts are brought into the research scope of information sharing in the dairy supply chain.In this paper,the information sharing mechanism between retailers and consumers in the dairy supply chain is explored,and the spatial quality house model of information sharing between retailers and consumers in the dairy supply chain is constructed.Using the three methods of questionnaire survey,expert interview and information search,a case study of the information sharing between Mengniu dairy group and Yili dairy group is conducted.The matrix space vector calculation method is used to solve the information sharing fitness.It is hoped that the findings will provide some reference for the improvement of information sharing in the dairy supply chain.
