摘　　要：动物冠状病毒可感染哺乳类和禽类等脊椎动物,引发宿主多种疾病,给动物的健康和全球畜禽养殖业造成巨大影响。接种疫苗虽是防控动物冠状病毒病的主要手段,但由于动物冠状病毒变异毒株的出现,接种疫苗很难给动物提供全面的保护,因此亟须开展抗动物冠状病毒药物的研究。天然产物、中草药因含有抗病毒的活性成分,在抗动物冠状病毒药物研究中受到广泛关注。笔者从动物冠状病毒分类、形态结构及动物冠状病毒病常见临床症状与危害的角度进行概述,并着重介绍了抗猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)、抗猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(transmissible gastroenteritis virus,TGEV)、抗鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(infectious bronchitis virus,IBV)和抗猫传染性腹膜炎病毒(feline infectious peritonitis virus,FIPV)的天然产物(及其衍生物)、中草药(复方制剂及其提取物)等的研究进展,以期为研发抗动物冠状病毒药物提供参考。Animal coronaviruses can infect vertebrates such as mammals and poultry,and cause a variety of diseases of the host,which have a huge impact on animal health and the global livestock industry.Although vaccines are usually developed to prevent and control animal coronavirus diseases,it is difficult for vaccines to provide complete protection for animals due to the emergence of mutant strains of animal coronavirus,so it is urgent to carry out research on drugs to prevent and cure animal coronavirus diseases.Natural products and Chinese herbal medicines have attracted extensive attention because of their antiviral ingredients.In the article,to provide a reference for research on coronavirus medicine,the authors first summarized animal coronaviruses from the perspective of classification,morphology,common clinical symptoms and hazards.Then,the authors made a review of the drug development from natural products and Chinese herbal medicine for the coronaviruses,such as porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV),chicken infectious bronchitis virus(IBV)and feline infectious peritonitis virus(FIPV).
