烟台马院山水泥用灰岩矿工业指标优化探讨

摘　　要：烟台马院山矿区至今一直沿用2002年提出的工业指标,根据矿山开采实际情况,其现行工业指标中级外品、剥采比、爆破安全距等指标均遏制了矿山企业的发展。为充分利用矿产资源,本文结合矿山开采加工实际,对级外品不划入矿石、剥采比变动为0.85∶1(m^(3)/m^(3))的经济合理性、露天开采境界增加建筑物围护带距离20 m的指标技术可行性等进行工业指标优化探讨,用以解决矿山开采受限问题,延长服务年限。工业指标优化后,矿山经济效益显著,社会效益和环境效益良好。The industrial indexes proposed in 2002 have been used till now in Mayuanshan mining area,Yantai City.According to the actual situation of mining,the existing industrial indexes such as off⁃grade product,stripping ratio,and blasting safety distance have all contained the development of mining enterprises.To make full use of mineral resources,this paper,in combination with the actual mining process,discusses the optimization of industrial indexes,such as off⁃grade product not classified as ore,stripping ratio change of 0.85∶1(m^(3)/m^(3)),increasing the distance of building enclosure belt by 20 m in the open pit mining boundary,to solve the problem of limited mining and prolong service life.After the optimization of industrial indexes,the mine economic benefits are remarkable,and the social benefits and environmental benefits are good.
