摘　　要：近年来国际新贸易保护主义抬头,对制造业和新兴行业的全球化抑制和打压态势愈演愈烈。湖南省高端装备制造产业是湖南打造国家重要先进制造业高地、建设世界级产业集群的“主力军”和“主阵地”,发展湖南省高端装备制造业是“三高四新”战略的首要任务。通过梳理国际新贸易保护主义背景下湖南省高端装备制造业的发展现状,探讨国际新贸易保护主义对该产业发展的影响和存在的问题,并提出积极的应对措施,以期深化湖南省高端装备制造产业以及湖南省经济的国际化发展路径。In recent years,the new international trade protectionism is on the rise,and the globalization of manufacturing and emerging industries is increasingly inhibited and suppressed.The high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province is the"main force"and"main position"of Hunan to build a national important advanced manufacturing highland and a world-class industrial cluster,and the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province is the primary task of the"three high and four new The primary task of the"three high,four new"strategy.Through sorting out the current situation of the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province under the background of international new trade protectionism,exploring the impact of international new trade protectionism on the development of the industry and the problems that exist,and putting forward positive countermeasures,with a view to deepening the international development path of Hunan’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry and Hunan’s economy.
