摘　　要：江西上犹江电站2号机组水轮机采用水润滑筒式橡胶水导轴承。通过对水导轴承的油冷却器布置方式、水导瓦瓦面形式、上油方式等进行更新改造,以解决机组振动大、主轴摆动幅度高、轮转空蚀、裂纹等问题,从而消除水导轴承的安全隐患,提高水轮机运行安全稳定性。The turbine of unit 2 of Jiangxi Shangyoujiang hydropower station adopts thin oil lubricated rotating oil basin hydraulic guide bearing. Through the transformation of the oil cooling arrangement mode, water guide pad surface form and oil feeding mode of the water guide bearing, the problems such as large vibration of the unit, high swing amplitude of the main shaft, wheel cavitation and cracks are solved, so as to eliminate the potential safety hazards of the water guide bearing and improve the safety and stability of the operation of the hydraulic turbine.
