摘 要:基于全膜法水处理技术在工厂的实际应用,系统阐述了全膜法水处理技术产生锅炉补给水量过程中各处理单元的控制特点,总结了各单元运行中的实际问题和改进措施。运行结果显示,全膜法水质系统工作环境安全可靠与管理简单,产水水质可达到电厂锅炉补给水质的要求。Based on the practical application of the whole-membrane water treatment technology in the plant, the control characteristics of each treatment unit in the process of generating boiler make-up water by the whole-membrane water treatment technology are systematically described, and the practical problems and improvement measures in the operation of each unit are summarized. The operation results show that the whole membrane water quality system is safe, reliable and simple to manage, and the water quality can meet the requirements of boiler recharge water quality in power plants.
